AAS07: MASAI MARA & THE GREAT RIFT VALLEY ONLY

Masai Mara | Rift Valley (3½ days) Departs 08.00hrs daily

Day 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara. The tour goes along the floor of the Great Rift Valley past Mt. Longonot, an extinct volcano, and reaches the Masai Mara Game Reserve, one of the finest reserves in time for lunch. This is followed by an afternoon game drive where a variety of animals can be seen. Dinner and overnight at Mara Simba Lodge, Mara Serena Lodge or Mara Sarova Luxury Tented Camp.

Day 2: Masai Mara. Morning game viewing in the park. Afternoon is at leisure besides the swimming pool of the lodge. Meals and overnight as in Day 1 directly above.

Day 3: Masai Mara - Rift Valley. An early morning game drive is provided before breakfast to spot more game. After breakfast the tour crosses the Rift Valley to either Lake Naivasha or Lake Nakuru. Lake Naivasha being an area of captivating views with a large species of birds whereas Lake Nakuru is famous for its masses of flamingoes and is often referred to as the Pink Lake. At either, there are comfortable accommodations for your overnight stay. Dinner and overnight at a lodge/camp.

Day 4: Rift Valley - Nairobi. After breakfast the tour returns to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch.
